Newton Young Professionals schedules one standard event each month called a Lunch-and-Learn. In addition to a meal and networking, Lunch-and-Learns typically provide time for a not-for-profit organization to address the group briefly, followed by a civic or business leader who facilitates an educational or professional development time with question-and-answer at the end.
In addition, any given month may include separate events for NYP members as well. This might be a tour of a local organization. It might be a sporting event…either going as a group to watch the Wingnuts, or playing on an NYP bowling, dodgeball or volleyball team. It might include a community service event, such as our quarterly clean-up of Sand Creek. Or it may be an evening mingle where members can enjoy hor dourves and “adult” beverages.

Annual Banquet

It’s almost time for the 2023 Emerge: Harvey County Annual Banquet! Our Annual Banquet is a night of fun, food, and wine, where we celebrate the past year with our members and the community at large. This year’s banquet will be held at Son Wray Ranch on August 10th from 6:30-9:00 pm. The evening will kick off with a social hour at 6:30, followed by dinner at 7:15.
We are excited to announce the winners of the 2nd Annual Harvey County 4 Under 40 Awards at our Annual Banquet! Sponsorship opportunities are available at the following levels:
Gold Sponsor – $500: As a gold sponsor you will receive recognition as gold sponsor with logo in event email communications, recognition as gold sponsor with logo on event table tents, your logo on all social media shout outs, recognition of company with logo on all event fliers, and verbal recognition at the event as a gold level event sponsor. Includes 4 reservations.
Silver Sponsor – $250: As a silver sponsor you will receive recognition in event email communications, recognition on event table tents, a social media shoutout before and after the event, recognition on event fliers, and verbal recognition at the event as a silver level event sponsor. Includes 2 reservations.
4 Under 40 Award Sponsor – $150: This sponsorship opportunity allows your business to receive recognition in promotions surrounding the 4 Under 40 awards. As a sponsor, your name will be on all the promotions for the award, including the nomination form, social media, newspaper ads, and press releases.
Registration is $35 per person, or $60 per couple. Student registration is $25. Businesses/individuals are also able to purchase a table for a price of $200. A table includes 6 reservations, and 2 complementary bottles of wine. 2 drink tickets are included with each reservation.
The deadline to register is Thursday, August 3rd.
